Chroma have partnered with a globally recognised Engineering company who are looking for a highly-skilled Customer Quality Engineer. This company operate in over 30 countries and are the forefront of innovative technology used in the Electricity, Gas, Water & Utilities sectors.
As a Customer Quality Engineer, you’ll join an industry leading department and act as the key interface between customers and internal teams for all quality-related matters. This will include overseeing initial investigations through to resolution, leading root cause analysis, CAPA and 8D activities and ensuring timely responses and excellent customer satisfaction.
