Project Manager

A growing Electronics Manufacturing company in the East Midlands are on a Recruitment drive for 2026 and now hiring for a Project Manager!
 
As Project Manager you’ll lead, manage and deliver projects on time and in budget. Previous experience of working in project management role is crucial as you’ll be holding colleagues to account to deliver their work on time.
 
You will have experience taking manufacturing projects from cradle to grave and be a dynamic manager who can work well in a fast-paced environment. Customer facing experience is vital for this position and there will be opportunities to drive continuous improvement throughout the company.
 
This is an onsite role based in Hinckley.
 
Project Manager Requirements:

• Qualification - ideally in Manufacturing, Engineering or Project Management (or similar)
• Proven Project Engineering / Management experience in Manufacturing
• Engineering / Technical background (desirable)
• Strong communication skills
