Who they are

Operating since 2022, following the establishment of a joint venture between Orbital Gas Systems and Thyson Technology, nZero work nationally with a wide range of energy sources to design, build, install, and maintain solutions for natural gas, hydrogen, biomethane, and other energy sources. They cover both industrial and domestic users.

The situation

Chroma originally started working with Thyson Technology in 2018 and Orbital Gas Systems in 2022. Once the nZero group was formed, everything was centralised through a single HR department. Chroma supported nZero Group across multiple locations, including their sites in Stone, Ellesmere Port, and, more recently, Bristol.

Chroma's approach

Over the past two years, Chroma has built an excellent relationship with the nZero Group, offering additional value-added services. Chroma consulted with them on benefits packages, salary benchmarking, market challenges for specific skills, and recommending skilled worker VISAs.
