The LNT Group operates multiple brands (including Crystal Care, Danforth Care, Adore Care) across the residential and elderly care sector in the UK. 

The situation

Opening new homes and expanding their regional structure created an immediate need for experienced leadership talent who could deliver outstanding care standards from day one. 

They needed to fill three senior care management roles quickly, without compromising on quality or the values of the LNT Group or the brands, to ensure the new homes launched successfully on time and that the existing ones continued to deliver exceptional service.

Chroma's approach

Chroma's Care team partnered closely with LNT Group's internal stakeholders to understand each brand's culture, local community and operational model. Working at pace, Chroma:

• Mapped the local market for high-performing Home Managers and Regional leaders with proven CQC compliance and leadership credentials.
• Leveraged their extensive candidate network and proprietary database of care leaders to identify individuals who could hit the ground running.
• Delivered a highly targeted search and screening process, prioritising candidates who shared LNT's commitment to compassionate, person-centred care.
• Maintained transparent communication and rapid feedback cycles to ensure every stage moved smoothly and efficiently.

The outcome

Four key projects were delivered in rapid succession:

• Home Manager - Derby: Brand new residential home. Appointed within two weeks from brief to acceptance.
• Home Manager-Preston: Offer made within one week of CV submission.
• Regional Manager-North East: Initial hire completed via a two-stage process within one week. When the candidate withdrew a month later, Chroma immediately reactivated the search, identifying three suitable replacements within 24 hours, with the successful candidate offered and signed by close of business that same week.
