Balltec Engineered Solutions engineer high-load connectors that save time, improve safety, and reduce costs on the world's most demanding offshore wind, decommissioning, and oil & gas projects.
Chroma started working with Balltec in September 2022. Due to new projects, they needed seven new engineers:
A 100% fill rate was achieved within a 12-month period, and they are in talks about Balltec's next steps as they move back into their newly refurbished office. Balltec has introduced Chroma to other companies, including the wider Venterra group.
"We have been working with Chroma for around 18 months now, initially for a Mechanical Design Engineer. Chroma had a candidate who was looking to relocate to the area, who was amazing and is just about to celebrate his 12-month anniversary with us. After dealing with other agencies in the past, we thought that the hire might be a one-off, but that has not been the case. We have recruited three additional engineers in the past six months, with a view to hiring more team members. Chroma understands not only our business needs in terms of the required skill set, but also how individuals will integrate with our already established team. They have so far found some excellent candidates for us who have made excellent employees, and we are looking forward to continuing our relationship, especially after they took the time to visit our offices, workshop, and meet the team. I would not hesitate to recommend Vicky or the wider Chroma team."
